My name is Vishal and I started working at TheRecruit in April 2013. I studied my Management degree from IIM Calcutta and Bachelors in Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College – Ludhiana
Since starting at TheRecruit in 2013, I spent most of time in developing business development strategies, looking at identifying newer revenue streams, mentoring HR people, interviewing and helping career aspirants take their next career move and in nutshell creating an eco-system of growth for brands by recruiting efficient manpower faster.
